The North American operation was initially launched under Pacific Innovators Trading Inc., a sister company within the Tehrani International Trading group, from 2022 through 2025. In 2025, all distribution operations were consolidated under Tehrani International Trading Inc. — centralizing the group's North American brand portfolio under one corporate identity.
